Vendor Information and Application The Foothills Country Fair is one of the largest events held in Bradley County Tennessee. In 2008, we are celebrating our Fifth Anniversary and continue to offer wholesome, family entertainment and educational events. Our goal is to have something for everyone and a wide variety of Commercial, Craft and Educational Booths, along with an assortment of Foods (both snacks and meals) is desired. We will be limiting the number of vendors offering the same types of food or merchandise. An attractive display, along with the earliest postmark will have the best chance to be selected. We invite commercial and craft vendors, food concessionaires and non-profit organizations to download an application to participate in the 2008 Foothills Country Fair. Application Procedure: - Submit your completed application form and a photograph of your booth, wagon or display. Booth Selection: - Will be on a first-come basis. Postmark or date received will be used. - Placement is made at the discretion of Foothills Country Fair Board. Product Restrictions: - You may not sell any items that refer to, or use the logo of, Foothills Country Fair. - No glass containers, breakable plastic, carry-in alcohol or weapons are allowed. - Coca-Cola® is the official soft drink of the Foothills Country Fair. No other brands may be sold or advertised. Booth Description and Vendor Distinctions: - Booth Fees are for the full four-day Fair, not a daily rate. - Booth space is a 10’ x 10’ square area. - One vehicle permit and four employee passes are included. Up to 6 additional passes may be purchased. (click on Vendor type to download appropriate application - 4 pages) Non-profit or Educational Space for advertising, promotion, or education. Craft Space for advertising or selling handcrafted merchandise Commercial & Oversized Space for advertising or selling merchandise or a service (Arrangements must be made For items too large for booth-sized space.
